📦 Shipping & Assembly Information

Important: To ensure safe shipping, archway boards will arrive scored and folded.
For assembly, simply lay the boards flat on their face on a clean, non-scratch surface and tape the seam using clear or white duct tape for a smooth, seamless finish.

• A digital proof will be sent via Email within approximately 5 business days.
• 2 revision is included
• Additional revisions: $15 each
• Photo changes after proofs are sent will incur additional charges—please upload all final images upfront.

🚫 Refunds & Damage Policy

Customers must notify Y&C Printing Services by phone or email within 3 business days of delivery if any defects are found. Claims made after this period will be denied.

Photos of both the product and packaging may be required to verify claims. If a package arrives damaged, we strongly recommend reporting it immediately to the delivery driver and documenting the damage with photos.
Without proper documentation, reprints with full payment will be the customer’s responsibility. This policy helps us maintain honesty, quality control, and fair service for all clients and orders.
