Cancellation Policy

One-on-One Sublimation Mentorship Policy Purpose This policy outlines the structure, expectations, and responsibilities for participants in the Sublimation Mentorship Program. The goal is to provide personalized guidance in sublimation techniques and business development, ensuring mentees leave with the skills and confidence to grow their brand. Program Structure Format: One-on-one mentorship sessions (virtual or in-person, as agreed). Schedule: 2 sessions per week, 1 hour each. Duration: 4 weeks (total of 8 sessions). Communication: Communication will occur through scheduled sessions, email, or a designated platform agreed upon by mentor and mentee. Roles & Responsibilities Mentor Responsibilities Provide expert instruction in sublimation techniques, equipment use, and business practices. Share resources, tools, and strategies to support mentee growth. Maintain professionalism and confidentiality. Give constructive feedback and track mentee’s progress. Mentee Responsibilities Attend all scheduled sessions and actively participate. Arrive prepared with questions, updates, or assignments completed. Respect mentor’s time and give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Apply lessons, complete practice tasks, and take ownership of learning. Attendance & Cancellations Sessions must start and end on time. 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or reschedules. More than one unexcused absence may result in removal from the program without refund. Missed sessions cannot be carried over past the 4-week program window. Code of Conduct Both mentor and mentee will uphold mutual respect and professionalism. All communication should remain relevant to mentorship goals. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated. Confidentiality All discussions, strategies, and shared resources remain confidential. Business ideas, designs, or intellectual property of the mentee remain theirs and will not be shared without consent. Payment & Refunds Full payment is due before the program begins (unless otherwise arranged). Refunds are not issued once the program has started, except if canceled by the mentor. Completion At the end of the 4 weeks, mentees will have completed 8 hours of guided mentorship. A certificate of completion may be provided. Mentees may be invited to continue advanced mentorship or group programs if available.
